Farro with Garlic & Herbs (Pairs well with seafood!) Cook 2 cups Farro according to package instructions, seasoning with a few pinches of salt. Mince 2 cloves garlic. When the farro is done, drain any excess water. Return to the stove; turn heat to medium and stir in minced garlic, 1/4 cup chopped herbs (sage, thyme and oregano), 2 tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. salt. Heat, stirring, until the butter is melted, about 30 seconds.
