Why New Orleans? My family has been here for multiple generations and I care deeply about our culture, history, and most importantly our future. This city has given me so much on a personal level. I think it's important for every generation to leave it better than we found it. I've traveled the world and there is no place on earth like New Orleans. How do you see your industry evolving in response to the pandemic? The hospitality industry will be smaller and employees will be paid better. Pay structures will have to change in order for our industry to survive. As we evolve, I think we'll see more equitable houses. What coping mechanisms have you used to keep your goals alive? PMA: Positive Mental Attitude. Describe your charitable work or favorite cause. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation, an internationally known festival and non-profit that makes a positive economic impact on New Orleans. Grants are given to individuals looking to educate, advance, and support the spirits community.
