1 1/2 OZ HENDRICK'S GIN 1/2 OZ ANCHO REYES VERDE 1 1/2 OZ CUCUMBER JUICE 1 OZ LIME JUICE 3/4 OZ RICH SIMPLE SYRUP* CHILLED COCKTAIL GLASS LIME PEEL FOR GARNISH

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, top with ice and shake hard till cold. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sliced cucumber chip.

2 PARTS GRANULATED SUGAR 1 PART WATER

Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Turn the heat on low and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. Bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
