Why in New Orleans? New Orleans is like no other place in the world. You can feel the history around you and hear her stories in the music on the streets. What about New Orleans inspires you? Being a part of the greatest food city in the country is an honor and keeping that history alive is a privilege. What advice would you give your twenty- year-old self? Don't get that tribal tattoo! Describe your charitable work or favorite causes. I am a founder and president of the First to Fight Foundation, which gives assistance to veterans. I am always trying to help those who served. Cafe Hope is definitely another project I support. We need to build our future together. What would people be surprised to know about you? I actually enjoy being quiet when I'm not at work. Gardening is my favorite escape.
