WHAT YOU LOVE ABOUT WHAT YOU DO I'm proud to lead the PRC into the future. While architecture is important, historic preservation is about so much more – it's about empowering communities, environmental sustainability, and economic development. It keeps me perpetually learning and inspired. WHAT YOU SEE AS OUR FUTURE The high cost of real estate and the inability for many families to buy a home and build generational wealth is a national crisis. With so many blighted buildings still languishing in our historic neighborhoods, we need to find a way to help our residents buy a run-down house at an affordable price and renovate it into their dream home.
