D espite both attending Ole Miss and having many mutual friends, Cele Hammet and Braddock Oaks didn't meet until they were living in Cele's hometown of Nashville. About a year later, Cele asked Braddock to be her date to a wedding in Oxford (where he had since moved). Within months, Braddock was back in Nashville where the two dated for three years before getting engaged and moving to New Orleans. "Early on in our relationship, we established that New Orleans was a common love and had always had some type of pull on us, so we thought why not feed the flame and make it happen?" Cele knew she wanted their wedding to feel vibrant, curated, and thoughtful. "As an interior designer, I understand that clarity is the best thing you can provide a client. I tried to be as specific as possible about colors, flower selections, and ribbon texture." With her mother and sisters, she planned a festive and unique wedding weekend with a noon ceremony,
