W hat I love about weddings is that they celebrate hope and new beginnings. I love the leap of faith and everything that creates the space for love and endless possibilities. Each element in a wedding — a dress that says "yes, I'm doing this," fresh flowers bursting with energy, a cake that nourishes our belief in romance and dreams — I'm here for every last bit of it. Nothing is more life-affirming than gathering to witness a loved one commit to that new start while honoring all the love and support that got them to this point in the first place. In college, I worked for a top wedding planner who taught me that a wedding is not just about the bride and groom. It's about their community and the one they hope to build. Wise words I've never forgotten! The positivity of such an experience is unparalleled; no wonder we stop what we are doing and save that date. Choosing to get married in New Orleans brings automatic beauty, tradition, and history to the table. With venues ranging from small and intimate to formal and grand, there's a setting to suit every personality.
