T he run-up to the end of the year is a marathon, not a sprint. We deck the halls, exchange gifts, celebrate religious holidays, and eat, drink, and make merry. By the time I'm watching the clock strike midnight on December 31, you can be sure I've had more than enough peppermint bark, spiked eggnog, and Christmas cookies to hold me over until next year. More than enough. With the New Year comes renewed energy and focus. We've got exciting things planned for Adore and we are grateful to our readers and advertisers. This year, we launched some big firsts: the A-List, Shop Adore-to-Door, and the Adore website, where you can find all of our digital issues as well as daily profiles on stylish happenings and personalities. It's been a successful year. In 2020, we'll bring you more beautiful homes, great dining recommendations, and fun spotlights on the people who make our town unique.
