Focus on yourself. Find mentors. Study what is not instinctive to you. Describe your charitable work or favorite causes. I serve on the board of Preservation Hall Foundation because I believe in preserving and perpetuating our musical culture. I'm also involved in New Orleans Airlift. I admire that they've remained true to their vision as they've grown.
