New Orleans is one of those places where food takes center stage. Whether it is the locals fondness for all things food-related or travelers who plan a whole trip around eating, it makes for a very special environment for professional cooks. What about New Orleans inspires you? The incredible access to creativity. What would people be surprised to know about you? I like to combat the heat of the summer by getting outside as much as possible and acclimating.
