It's fun to buy wedding gifts that brides will not only treasure but that will also yield a multitude of uses for each distinctive piece, including decorating their first homes. And finding melamine platters and cake stands that have as much personality as their ceramic counterparts makes breaking out the "good stuff" an everyday occurrence!

W e closed in a spacious porch to create a large living room and breakfast area as part of the kitchen. It all looks out to the garden and spa pool; it’s definitely one of my favorite spots in the house. -beatriz ball
