Qlarant Quality Solutions (formally Delmarva Foundation) is a nationally recognized organization that supports state-wide quality management systems for the delivery of services for individuals with intellectual, developmental and other disabilities. The design of the person centered review processes and data collection methods help drive the improvement of services delivered and support the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) quality assurance requirements. Qlarant uses individual and provider person centered review processes to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement and provide technical assistance to help support the service delivery systems in Georgia.
