Robért LeBlanc What is something that you recently learned about New Orleans? We have three major streets (St. Charles, Canal, and Carrollton) that each intersect each other at 90 degree angles. That explains everything about how to navigate the city. Where would you go if you only had one day in New Orleans? Domilise's for a shrimp po boy and an ice-cold beer at their bar. Then to Audubon Zoo, followed by a lap through Audubon Park. Favorite place in the city that tourists don' t know about? Marjie's Grill. The food is so great and creative. The team there is awesome and makes everyone feel at home, and their cocktails might be the most underrated in the city. PRO TIP: Get a "setup" and eat on the back deck. Favorite local tradition? Friday lunch at Galatoire's. The hours feel like minutes there. Favorite New Orleans memory? Marrying my wife in the French Quarter on Bastille Day. Number one way to spot a local? Locals ignore celebrities while worshiping cooks and horn players. HOSPITALITY ENTREPRENEUR LEBLANC + SMITH | Uptown

Favorite place to see live music? d.b.a. on Frenchmen Street
Best restaurant for outdoor dining? Val's – The food and hospitality is amazing, and their outdoor space ties right into the great energy of Freret Street. Favorite Sno-Ball stand? Imperial Woodpecker – It's not easy to break into the New Orleans Sno-Ball market and be an instant classic and crucial part of the neighborhood's fabric, but they did that.
