The Overseers are pastors/leaders of respected churches and ministries who love LifeGate and are willing to provide spiritual protection for the church. They may be called upon to help in accountability matters relating to the Senior Pastor if requested by the Pastors or Trustees. As you consider investing your heart, time, family and fnances into the life of a church, it is important for you to feel confdent in church leadership. Our goal in sharing the details of our government is that you will understand that our church is structured to support the values of integrity, accountability and spiritual authority. Our church government is made up of three groups of leadership: by Pastors. The Pastoral Staff & the Elder Team are led by Pastors Michael & Amy. The Pastoral Staff team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These teams serve the congregation and are responsible for the spiritual development of the church. by Trustees. Our trustees are members of the congregation appointed by the Senior Pastor to oversee the fnances & direct the provision of facilities needed by the church.
