RECIPE CONTEST

Contest Our winner for March's recipe contest is Juanita Chambley with her Chocolate Pie recipe! Chocolate Pie by Juanita Chambley 2 cups milk 1 1/4 cup sugar 3 heaping tbsp flour 3 egg yolks 2 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla 4 tbsp cocoa 1 frozen pie shell (prepared as directed)

Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip egg and milk together. Slowly add dry ingredients to egg and milk mixture. Stir until smooth. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, cook chocolate mixture until thick, stirring constantly. Pour into previously prepared pie shell. Refrigerate until set and ready to serve. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream if desired.
