Pesto Makes 2 cups

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 2 cups fresh basil leaves, stems removed 2 tablespoons pine nuts 2 large cloves garlic ½ cup extra virgin olive oil ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon salt

HOW TO PREP: Combine basil leaves, pine nuts and garlic in a food processor, and pulse until very finely ground, about 1 minute. With the motor running add the oil in a slow and steady stream, and process until the mixture is smooth, about 1 minute. Add the cheese and salt, and process just long enough to combine.
