LIBBY’S BAKED CORN PUDDING • � cans (�� oz.) Libby’s® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn (drained) • � eggs (room temperature) • ⅓ cup butter (melted, but not bubbling hot) • �∕� cup whole milk • � Tbsp corn starch • � Tbsp heavy cream • � cup shredded cheddar cheese • Salt and pepper (to taste) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease casserole dish. Gently combine all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
