1 16oz bag of cooked Season & Steam whole Brussels sprouts 2 Ocean Mist Farms fennel bulbs, cooked and cut into quarters 2 apples, cored and cut Harvest Grill Basket

6 large sage leaves, chopped 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup pecan halves Salt & pepper to taste Cooking spray

Cook Season & Steam Brussels sprouts according to the instructions on the bag. Heat outdoor grill to 350°F. Spray inside of a mesh grill pan with cooking spray. Place Brussels sprouts, fennel, apples, sage, cinnamon, pecans, salt and pepper in Mesh Grill-top chef’s Pan. Place over heated out-door grill and cook over grill for about 20 minutes (turning often). Apples will become crisp/tender and pecans will toast to a dark brown when done.
