Jones (404) 578-7887 Adult Line Dance with June Shuman Fee: $28 per month for beginner classes, $32 per month for Adult Intermedi- ate/Advance Classes Date/Time: Adult Intermediate/Advance Wednesdays 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Description: A great form of low impact exercise. These classes use all types of music and rhythms, along with fun dances. Come join the fun! For more information, contact June at 770-920-1543 Bootcamp Fee: $6 per class or $20 for four classes Date/Time: Wednesdays and Fridays 8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Description: Bootcamp will help you build strength and fitness, lose body fat, improve your mental health, and get into a routine of regular exercise. Training includes a variety of group intervals, such as running, plyometrics, abdominal work, body weight exercises and stretching. Work at your own pace and benefit from the support, motivation and camaraderie of the other participants, all working towards the same goal. This varies monthly. The guild also meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. Evening meetings feature a special presentation accompanied by a trunk show.
