Welcome to Sam McIntyre Stadium, here on the campus of Villa Rica High School, the proud home of our Wildcats. As you can see, our beloved “Mac” has undergone a major facelift. The ground this stadium is built on has housed many memories for the purple and gold, and starting with this 2021 season, our student-athletes, band members and community plan on creating many more in our new home. We would like to thank the Carroll County Board of Education, Superintendent Scott Cowart, and the voters of Carroll County for making these ren- ovations a reality. Our facilities are state of the art, and now rank among the best in the state of Georgia. Thank you for joining us tonight in support of our students. Whether they are members of the band, the cheerleading squad, or the football team, we are proud of their dedication and are pleased to showcase their talents here tonight. There is nothing like singing the words Wildcat Born and Wildcat Bred along with our band, seeing the glow of the Friday night lights off our gold helmets, and watching our cheerleaders cheer the Cats to victory. It is my honor to serve as the principal of Villa Rica High School. As a school, we are committed to providing our students with a premier high school experience. We are truly honored to be able to offer quality learning experiences beyond the class- room, through the participation of our student-athletes and band members. Our coaches and students are determined to out-work, out-play and out-perform its competitors as well as be better today than yesterday.
