Legacy of Leadership A series of awards were presented throughout 2015 in recognition of outstanding leadership to the community and the Chamber during the past 60 years.

Loy Howard (left), President and CEO of Tanner Health System, was recog- nized for his leadership especially in the health care industry and to Carroll Tomorrow.

Mary Covington was recognized for her long-standing community service in education, healthcare, banking, eco- nomic development, and civic volun- teerism throughout Carroll County.

Dr. John Burson (right) was honored for his decades of service to the local com- munity, health care industry, education and the military.
