Poydras Corridor Exhibition, presented by The Helis Foundation, continues to evolve with the addition of five new sculptures this season. Carmen Herrera's "Untitled Estructura (Red)" and MaPó Kinnord's "Love in Joy: BUOYANCY" are currently installed with three additional sculptures by Raine Bedsole, Melvin Edwards, and Dawn DeDeaux to come. The outdoor, public exhibition spans Poydras Street between Convention Center Boulevard and South Claiborne Avenue. thehelisfoundation.org

The twice postponed exhibition is organized around a series of immersive installations that span the Louisiana artist's 50-year career. Chef Eric Cook – one of Adore 's 2021 A-listers – debuted Saint John, his second restaurant, in early October. Located in the French Quarter, the new spot specializes in his take on "haute creole cuisine" a.k.a. old-world flavors in an elevated, yet approachable way.
