What about New Orleans inspires you? Creative and entrepreneurial energy. Between the creative community and the entrepreneurial ecosystem here, New Orleans represents nirvana for "creators" of all kinds in a culturally rich environment. Describe your vision for our future. My dream is that we will evolve from being a major tourist destination to becoming a global thought leader in the food and hospitality industry. Imagine a future where we are the epicenter for research and scholarship and an incubator of major innovations. What would people be surprised to know about you? I am a die-hard 90s hip hop aficionado.
