ecades before Lon Chaney Jr. found fame starring in such horror films as TheWolf Man,The Ghost of Frankenstein, Son of Dracula and The Mummy’s Tomb, his father, Lon Chaney Sr., enjoyed an acting career of his own in silent movies. Included in his filmography is The Unholy Three (1925) , based on the book of the same name by C.A. Robbins. In this story, an unlikely triad of carnival misfits enact revenge on the world through a spree of murder and theft. As the end times draw nearer and the Great Tribulation begins to unfold, a trio of evil will spearhead a barrage of death and decimation. This unholy three, which includes Satan, the Antichrist, and False Prophet, will lead a confederation of na- tions in an attempt to foil God’s plans and destroy His people.
