Joseph Colette , a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP handles his clients’ health care, governmental real estate, and labor/employment law needs as lead counsel and advisor throughout Georgia and the southeast. By appointment, Mr. Colette serves as General Counsel to all the community service boards (CSBs) located in the metropolitan Atlanta area, as well as a number of CSBs in central and South Georgia, Cobb- Douglas Public Health, the Fulton County Board of Health, and provides legal counsel for Clayton County, Georgia.

A graduate of Emory University and the University of Georgia, Mr. Colette is also a Special Assistant Attorney General for the state’s Department of

Law and the Board of Regents for the University System of Georgia and has served in this capacity for the past ten years. Mr. Colette also serves as General Counsel for the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission. Joseph Colette, JD-Law Partner

Benjamin Druss is Professor and Rosalynn Carter Chair in mental health at the Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University. As one of only a handful of psychiatrists in the country based in a school of public health, Dr. Druss is working to integrate mental health, physical health, and public health. His research has focused on understanding and improving access, quality, and outcomes of care for populations with serious mental illnesses and medical comorbidity. In 2018, he was awarded the American Public Health Association's Carl Taube Award for Lifetime Contribution to the Field of Mental Health.
