Why do you love living in New Orleans? New Orleans has a built-in social and cultural calendar that makes almost every part of the year exciting and worth looking forward to. My dad used to say "Only boring people get bored," and if you're bored in New Orleans…well… What is the most eccentric thing you love about New Orleans? I love that the cemeteries are not only places to bury and honor the dead but are also part of the architectural and artistic landscape.

Best restaurant for outdoor dining? N7 – It reminds me of the cafes I used to frequent during my time in Bordeaux; any place that can summon memories of my travels is a place I want to go to. Plus, they have the best mussels I've ever had!
Favorite place to see live music? Fritzel's European Jazz Pub
Favorite LBGTQ+ Bar? Bourbon Pub Parade
Favorite neighborhood bar? Delachaise Wine Bar – I love a wine bar that doesn't take itself too seriously. They have a great selection of wine and small bites but with décor that welcomes comfort and a "come as you are" attitude.
Favorite upscale restaurant? Restaurant R'evolution – From the service to the atmosphere, you just can't beat this place! PRO TIP: Order the Future Ball cocktail and nurse that baby throughout your whole dinner!
Favorite place to find a costume? Miss Claudia's

While visiting the SAZERAC HOUSE, guests will learn more about the history of cocktails – and the history of New Orleans – during one of the facility's complimentary tours. Enjoy a tasting with an expert bartender and pick up bitters, a bottle of Rye, and other bar needs in the expansive gift shop. Whether it's your first time in New Orleans or you're a frequent visitor, the Sazerac House is worth your time.
