K. PERSONAL PROPERTY

You are responsible for the security of your personal belongings while on company premises. Don’t leave purses, loose cash, jewelry, or other valuables in accessible locations. Immediately report to your supervisor anything that is lost or stolen. The company is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

L. PLANT VISITATION

Visitors or individuals other than employees are not to be admitted to the production areas, office, or break rooms of our plant without proper authorization from management.

 Visitors will be required to sign in and obtain a visitor badge from the reception area.  Any unidentified or unauthorized person on Company premises should be immediately reported to your Supervisor.  Former employees are required to obtain a visitor badge and must not enter the plant without authorization from management.

M. SOLICITATION

To prevent disruption of Company operations and to protect employees from harassment and interference with their work, the following policy regarding solicitation and distribution of literature on Company property will be observed:  Distribution of literature by employees in work areas, including all interior and exterior locations is prohibited.  Distribution of literature by employees during working time in non-work areas or in any way that interferes with work is prohibited.  Persons not employed by the Company are not permitted to enter Company premises at any time to solicit or distribute literature on behalf of any cause or organization.  Employees may not solicit for any reason whatsoever during their working time or the working time of the solicited employee.

Working time does not include break or lunch periods.

N. TOBACCO USE

Tobacco use of any type, including vaping, is prohibited inside any Company building or vehicle. Tobacco use is only permitted in designated areas. Tobacco users are expected to maintain this area by keeping it free of cigarette butts and other tobacco related trash. Trash bins are provided in these areas.
