Poetry Break Booklet

7. If time allows, poets engage in discussions about their work. Duration: The sessions typically last about one hour or less but a Poetry Break session could go longer. Note: The guidelines for poetry submissions are minimal; all forms of expression are welcomed. Poets are encouraged to present their work in their unique styles, which is a celebration of a poet’s individuality. Poetry Break is a sanctuary for all poets in the community both seasoned and newcomers alike. Additionally, we encourage participants to collaborate on a creative challenge where they compose a poem using only the titles generated collectively during the session.
