Sandy Donaldson Business & License Tax Division Alabama Department of Revenue

Sandy Donaldson started her career with the Alabama Department of Revenue in January 2003 in the Business & License Tax Division. She is currently a Revenue Tax Accountant/Auditor III in the Tobacco Tax Section where she was previously responsible for administering state tobacco excise taxes. Sandy played an integral role in the design and has been responsible for maintaining the Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) Products Directory since its inception in 2022.
