You should post both short term and long term goals so that they are in front of your face on a daily basis, where will you have your goals so that you can see them every morning before your day begins or before practice begins. You should change your goals as you achieve them, keeping them updated for that portion of the season. Goals should be very specific and the the outcome of them should be measurable. In other words you need to have a way in which you can evaluate when, how you have accomplished them. When you have finished this worksheet Please arrange a time to sit down with Coach Skinner to discuss goals.
