GYMNASTICS Class Requirements: Wear Athletic Clothing and bring a water bottle. Location: Gold Dust Park Gymnastics Room Instructor: Madison Elrod Contact information: coachmadisonelrod@gmail.com Classes are offered monthly, and you must register and pre-pay by the third week of each month to guarantee your child’s slot for the next month. **NO REFUNDS. Registration fees are automatically adjusted for holiday and break cancelations.

LEVEL 2 Description: A fun-oriented gymnastics class where your child will learn more advanced gymnastics skills on all events (vault, bar, beam, and floor). Your child will be encouraged as a gymnast while gaining self-confidence. Prerequisites are round offs, dismount of cartwheel to handstand, pull over on bar, and cast back hip circle. Limit 8 (50-minute-class) Ages 4-12 Schedule: Monday 6:00 PM - 6:50 PM, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 5:00 PM - 5:50 PM Class Fee: $55 LEVEL 3 Description: The focus of this class is more structured gymnastics skills on all events (vault, bar, beam, and floor). Participants are positively encouraged to gain skills while also working hard. Prerequisites are back walk over on beam, glide swing and front hip circle. Limit 8 (50 min). An assessment may be required to register for level 3. Ages 4-12 Schedule: Tuesday 6:00 PM - 6:50 PM, Wednesday 5:00 PM – 5:50 PM Class Fee: $55 BEGINNER TUMBLING Description: The focus of this class is more structured gymnastics skills on vault, floor, and trampoline. There is also the introduction of the handstand, cartwheel, round off, walkover, and proper terminology. Ages 4-12 Schedule: Tuesday 7:00 PM - 7:50 PM, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 6:00 PM - 6:50 PM Class Fee: $55 INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING Description: This class is for gymnasts who have mastered the basics in levels 1 and 2. Gymnasts are challenged even more in the same nurturing environment. Emphasis is placed on using correct form, proper terminology, and increasing strength and flexibility. Limit 8 (50 min). Ages 4-12

TINY TUMBLES Description: Children 3 – 4 years old will learn listening skills, social skills, motor skills, and coordination while learning basic gymnastic skills. 40-minute class. Limit 8 Ages 3-4 Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 4:00 PM - 4:40 PM Class Fee: $45 per month LEVEL 1
