Meet our Speakers

Kristin Woodlock CEO of Woodlock & Associates, delivers results for government, healthcare payors, hospital systems, nonprofits and community-based organizations across the country. Ms. Woodlock served simultaneously as the Executive Deputy and Action Commissioner of the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH). In this role she led the largest public mental health system in the United States. After thirty years of government service, Ms. Woodlock became a Crisis CEO for FEGS Health and Human Services, one of the County's largest non-profits to enter Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Under her leadership, FEGS transitioned over 125,000 clients to other providers in six-months without a single untoward incident.

As a subject-matter expert in behavioral health, she is a faculty member of major initiatives with the National Council for Behavioral Health and an Investigator on the Columbia University HEALing Communities Study funded by the National Institute of Drug Abuse. Ms. Woodlock is sought out by healthcare systems and providers for her unique ability to solve complex health and behavioral health issues. Of equal importance is her work with community-based organizations to end health disparities for people with disabilities or for black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC.)

Ms. Woodlock is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.

Dr. Ali Yallah , current Chief Information officer for River Edge Behavioral Health in Macon has been in the IT industry for over 30 years. He has held various positions in his IT career, including Project Manager, Network Administrator and IT Department Manager. Dr. Ali holds a PhD in Computer Science from Northcentral University, a Masters degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming. He is the current leader of the Georgia CSB IT Directors group.
