1st Baseman have their own pick series that includes a fielding of a shorthopped throw to first, 1st Baseman need to spend a large amount of time on glovework, and building this into their warm-up will ensure that they get at least 50+ reps fielding a pick. Great work for their hand eye coordination, and regresses to where they can break down the process into individual moves.

Catchers have detailed plays that they need to work on that can be incorporated into this "5 minute picks" work. The catchers need to be paired up in order to work on form and communication together. The squat "throw out runner" pick is meant to be a game situation of a runner stealing second, and the catcher picking the ball and throwing out the runner at second. Game speed footwork.
