Phillip has been appointed by both the City of Denver and City of Golden as a special advisor to create high performance building policy. Phillip continues to be a well-respected thought leader, published author and speaker on climate neutral buildings, services innovation, solution selling and emerging IoT building services. Among Kent's hallmark projects was a 1.3 million square foot PepsiCo facility in Dallas, Texas, featuring full Daintree Controls for 1,800 high bay lights, 180 exhaust fans, and 16 rooftop HVAC units. This success led to his recruitment by Daintree as a Channel Sales Manager. After Daintree's acquisition by GE in 2016, Kent served as a Strategic Accounts Manager, leading international deployments throughout South America and Europe. He then transitioned into the role of Senior Solutions Engineer, where he trained GE engineers across the globe on designing, commissioning, and deploying Daintree systems while supporting in-country sales efforts. Following GE's divestiture of Current/Daintree in 2019, Kent launched his own firm as an elite Daintree Value-Added Reseller (VAR). In 2022, he co-founded AI Control Solutions in partnership with LED Solutions, combining his deep technical knowledge with scalable implementation. Today, Kent's personal customer base includes globally recognized organizations such as Adidas, Procter & Gamble, GE Vernova, Florida State University, and Loyola University. A lifelong advocate for advanced building controls, he continues to shape the future of smart buildings through innovation, precision, and trusted leadership.

Andrew Virciglio is a fourth-generation grocer who has spent his life immersed in the grocery industry. His journey began at the young age of 14, when his father —eager to instill a strong work ethic—encouraged him to start sacking groceries at the Homewood Piggly Wiggly. During his college years, Andrew continued working in the family business, returning home to cashier at the Crestline Piggly Wiggly on weekends and breaks. A proud graduate of the University of Alabama in 2012, Andrew now serves as Director of Store Operations for the Piggly Wiggly Birmingham Group, overseeing 13 locations across the region. In this role, he focuses on optimizing daily operations, supporting store teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects the values his family has upheld for generations.
